Vriendelijke ontvangst: ik hoefde bij inchecken niet tot drie uur te wachten, maar kreeg bij aankomst om half één al een mooie kamer. Bij uitchecken was opslaan van bagage geen enkel probleem en konden we ook nog gebruik maken van een badkamer voor vertrek naar het vliegveld. Gratis wifi werkte heel goed, een mooie, grote tv met tientallen zenders, goede badkamer en bed, rustig 's nachts De complimentary muffins en koffie/thee 's ochtends waren lekker, maar op was op. Dus na half 10 was er niets meer. |

Spacy, clean and modernly decorated rooms (stayed in superior king room). Helpful and friendly staff. Location was great for exploring Lower Manhattan as well as Tribeca, Soho and China Town. Rooms were little dark. |

Liked the location, the room facilities and services of all staff who were very courteous staff - from reception staff to room service staff, porters, concierges etc. Unfortunately, there was building work going on outside the hotel, well into the early hours. This disrupted sleep on 2 nights. Also, on 3 occasions, the room key didn't work, meaning trips down to reception from the 15th floor. |

Hotel was in reasonable position and was relatively quiet We paid for a top room and was dissapointed as it was smaller and more basic than we expected. I am a frequent business traveller in hotels and took my wife this time so paid extra. There were only two elevators (no staff elevator) and both were broken down at times and havily occuoped by staff. We were on the top floor and water pressure was so low the shower stalled on occaisions. |

This hotel is the best I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and stylish, the bed was super comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of the financial district, very close to the subway and with lots of restaurants around. |

The staff was very nice! We loved it that the people were jong! We didn't bring our one laptop. I am not sure if there was a computer for the juice of the customers, but we missed it. On our trip we couldn't bring a computer. |
