Huomioiva henkilökunta oli ok. Hotelli on aivan ok, muttei missään tapauksessa laatuluokituksessa 3 tähteä korkeampi. Hinta / laatusuhde ei kohtaa toisiaan tässä hotellissa muuta, kuin sijanin suhteen. |

oli yllättynyt, että tuon tason hotelli oli päästetty niin huonoon kuntoon. Ja olin yllättynyt siitä, että vastaanottohenkilökunta oli osin vihamielistä ( useat ) ja osaamatonta. Toisaalta ovimies - osasto oli ammatti- ja kielitaitoista. Remontoitakoon hotellivanhus nuoruutensa päivien loistoon ja vaihdettakoon ainakin vastaanoton henkilökunta sekä aamiaissalinpäällikkö, jonka tiukistelu " alaisilleen " vei ruokahalun. |

No special rates for parking the in Hotel Parking Lot for Guests; no daily rate that allows you to come and go, effectivily you are simply a member of the public and at €95 for 2 days it is a great deal to pay. |

We were upgraded to the Royal Wing on checkin. Nice! Staff was extremely attentive everywhere within the hotel. Great location! I would strongly recommend it to anyone. |

The various facilities offered on site such as the business centre or the set of toiletries available in the bathroom, very convenient ! Most of the staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful but some (not all) at the reception desk had a bit of an attitude. |
