good location of the hotel the staff at the reception was not very responsive. Unexpectedly a guarantee of 3 times higher amount than the price of the room was blocked from my credit card. No logical explanation was received for this "hotel policy". |

Reception, restaurant and Consierge. I would like to say this is not 5 star Hotel, but 4 star, and accordingly overpriced. Though situation is very comfortable. |
