Siisti hotelli rauhallisella paikalla. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Seinänaapureiden mekkalointi ensimmäisenä yönä oli häiritsevää. Näköala ikkunasta oli toiseen ikkunaan, joten se ei ollut kaikkein parhain mahdollinen. |

Ystävällinen ja asiantunteva palvelu, huone siisti ja hyvinv varusteltu (tv- ja internet) Tv- ja internet -yhteys toimivat vain ajoittain. Eli jos tekniikkaa luvataan, sitä pitää pystyä myös tarjoamaan. Kylpyhuoneen lattiakallistukstet päin prinkkalaa, vesi tuli suoraan vessan puolelle, kun ritilä ei vetänyt. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's very close to the club and pubs but it's just outside the area so it's nice and quite for sleeping. Security inside the hotel is really good as well coz if you don't have a key card, you can't go anywhere close to the rooms. The view of the canal is excellent. Rooms are very tidy, ensuite bathrooms are nice and bright and new. Heating is nice and warm. It would be nice to somehow fix the so called "double bed" together. Corridors are a little dark (but that doesn't mean it's messy or dirty!). The size of the room could be a little bigger (but for the location I can over look that small point. Anyway when visiting a place like Amsterdam, all you need is a nice and comfy bed and somewhere to wash yourselves so this really isn't important). |

From the moment I walked into the Hotel the staff was welcoming and polite! The beds were very comfortable and the local couldn't have been better. Very happy with my over all stay in Amsterdam:) |
