Very nice and clean rooms. The hotel is located very centrally with good public transport.

The elevator sometimes dosent work

It is very very close to Termini Station, very easy to reach the airports AND the center of the city.

Hotel is newly decorated. Towels were changed everyday. Breakfast was quite nice.

On 5 floor are still builders finishing redecorating. Cleaning ladys were very noisy in the morning and were chating in front of our room. Breakfast room is too small and also our room was tiny. On our arrival we didnt get any information - they just handle us a key.

The staff were helpful, the room was compact but very serviceable and the bathroom was well appointed but very tiny and bit awkard to get into the shower without getting lots of water on the floor but worked it out, this may be a problem for older or bigger guests.

It was a colouful experience with lots going on in the street late at night

The staff was extremely accommodating - there was no ice machine, but the manager gave us a big bag of it. There was no way to do a late check out, but another manager let us keep our bags in a locked room so we could site see more before our train. The staff all spoke english and were very friendly

The ac didnt seem to work, so we kept our window open, which helped a lot. But the city doesnt sleep, so it was pretty noisy. But we saw it as an early wake up call! There is so much to do, there isnt any time to sleep!
