This new hotel is set within the enchanting atmosphere of Via Veneto, in the heart of Rome, close to the historical sites and shopping areas, as well as to the Embassies and main Italian Ministries.

Situated near the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Galleria Borghese Park, the hotel offers easy access to the main sights of the city, which are all within walking distance. In addition to this, it offers excellent transport links from the nearby Termini rail station and underground Barberini station.

After a long day of exploring Rome you can relax on the terrace with a panoramic view over the Eternal City. Its architecture, hand-painted ceilings and classic style guarantee a refined setting for any stay.

Hotel Romanico Palace is a new hotel located in the centre of Rome, with new rooms, charming atmosphere and a roof-garden to start the day with great view of the Eternal City.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby, enriched by the polished and golden furniture, reflects the style of the Standard, Deluxe and Junior Suite rooms.

Upon request, the hotel can arrange in the room, for special occasions (wedding anniversary, birthday and more), welcome package gifts like: flowers, champagne, Italian wine and more.

On request, only for the Bridal Suite, the hotel can arrange a romantic dinner on the private terrace of the Suite.

The reception desk offers a wide range of services: from booking guided coach tours in Rome, the region and some of the most important city nearby (Florence, Naples, Capri, Assisi) to mini-cruise on the river Tevere. It is also possible to arrange baby sitting, book tickets to events, such as theatre shows, concerts, sport events, art exhibition, or a romantic evening in the best restaurants in town.

On arrival, guests will receive a complementary welcome drink.

Food & beverage

To start your day, the hotel recommends the rich buffet breakfast on the Roof Garden Fulvius, which boasts breathtaking 360° views over the city.

During the day, you can enjoy a drink at the Carpe Diem Bar (opening dependant on the season) on the roof-top terrace: the perfect site to take pictures of your unforgettable holiday in Rome.

On the ground floor, there is the Poeticus American Bar, open every day from 11:00-01:00, offering a fine selection of Italian wines, fantastic cocktails, famous long drinks and coffee specialities.

Its luxurious style, the hand-painted ceilings and the big windows create a relaxed atmosphere in which you can discuss business, take a coffee break, enjoy a poetry book or simply relax listening to the music after a long day in the city.

Room information

Classic Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites are available, furnished in traditional Florentine style and provided the modern comforts.

The private bathrooms are furnished with fine marble and offer complimentary toiletries.

The suites, located on the top floor, offer additional features: a hydro-massage shower or baths and a panoramic view from the private balcony.

Area information

Hotel Romanico Palace is located in the Via Veneto area, near to the Termini Train Station, the subway stop (both lines) and to all public transportation.

Take your time to go to the beautiful park of Villa Borghese, visit the Galleria Borghese Museum where the Bacco by Caravaggio and Paolina Borghese by Canova are displayed.

Decor is a bit over the top. Too much gold and marble. Lights too bright in room. Seems more like a "Fantasy Inn" than an upscale hotel.

It was in a great location. The lobby was very luxurious. The rooms were nice.

The front desk staff were not warm. The plumbing was a bit of a problem.

The room was incredible. Very comfortable with an amazing hydro-massage shower and jacuzzi in the room. Definitely a 4-star room.

The hotel staff was kind, but not very useful. Did not know of any fine dining restaurants in Rome. The wireless internet connection was expensive and not very consistent. The laundry service only runs Monday-Friday so if you run out of clothes on the weekend, you're on your own. Staff also failed to communicate to each other Definitely not 4-star service.
