staff were not helpful on communication basis (use of phone and fax, etc) they were eager to direct us through the tour companies or taxi stations which they were (I think interrrelated) more expensive than usual prices |

Loved staying at the Loft Apartment and the convenience. Everyone was great and so helpful. Breakfast was very good. |

The hotel and staff were fantasitc! It is a boutique with newly upgraded rooms including new plumbing and furniture. The staff assisted us with restaurants, tours and even showed us how to phone home with a calling card...The most impressive aspected of the hotel was the location. It is beautiful and a short walk to all the sights.vOn my next visit to Rome, I am definately returning to this hotel. |

the position was fantastic, within walking distance of all Rome has to offer. Right on the Trevi Fountain.Staff and facilities were first class A wonderful oasis in the middle of a buisy city |

What a fabulous location for a stay in "old" Rome. Close to so many of the must see sites, and just one block from stop # 10 on the "hop-on,,,,hop-off" tour bus, that takes you near pretty much everything you want to see in old Rome. The mini bar in our room was not loaded with anything. |

We loved our spacious, high ceilinged room (106) with a view to the fontana and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We had to pay quite a lot extra for our two sons to share our room sleeping on a sofa. |
