一日€４０余計にかかったが、広い部屋に変えてもらえてよかった。スタッフもとても親切 朝食付きだが、内容は毎日同じ もう少しバリエーションがあったらよかった。サラダやフルーツが全く無いのもどうかと思う。バスルームは狭く、トイレを使うのも、子供をお風呂に入れるのにも苦労した。 |

Location,Location,location When the concierge send us to shoppin outside of Rome ( one hour away) without checking to see if it was open or not on that day and ofcourse it was closed on that day.It costus 90 Euros and 2 1/2 hours. |

Excellent location, adjacent to piazza barberini and its metero station. Room sizes, larger than average for city center hotel. Beds are on the firm side. Breakfast could be improved upon; watery juices and canned fruit at breakfast are not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel |

The location was excellent. I have stayed in this area in the past and the price, given the location, was very reasonable. The staff were pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was dreadful and even though it was prepaid I did my best to go elsewhere for it. I would have expected better for 4 stars but I have seen this elsewhere so I'm not entirely surprised. |

We got a very good offer for the price for four nights, other wise this hotel would have been out of our price range. The hotel has a very good location. The breakfast was not good. Too basic for a hotel this class. If anything, you should have fresh fruit available. |

Staff was execptionally helpful breakfast was not great. coffee was not good and croissants not great. Scrambled eggs were very bad. But there was enough to get something in stomach |

the spacious room , but there was a problem with charging the key of the room every day , spacial thanks to the conciege of the hotel "joseph" the service of the breakfast resturant was not good , as we did not have clean tables. |

the location, great! and the matble in the bathroom, particolare! poor breakfast: ifyou are sleeping in a 4 star hotel and teh hptel cant still afford to get 100% orange juice served.. something is wrong 8its was watered juice..) |
