Good location. Right near Termini station. Wasnt as nice as in the photos provided. We thought our room would be nicer. Very old hotel. |

The hotel is only meters away from the main train & metro station which made it easy getting into the city to see the main attractions The only fault I would have with the hotel was the did not change the bathroom towels every day |

Helpful Staff but respect for privacy at the same time No- except I went sleepwalking (I often do) and one of your staff had to return me to my room- I was embarassed when my husband told me but it was perfectly handled by your staff - so my apologies and thanks |

It is very near to termini station. The room is pretty small, not even have space to unpack my luggage. |

When we arrived they didn't have any of the rooms we booked available so we got upgraded which was fantastic. The room was enormous, with kingsize bed, massive plasma with satellite TV, and sparkling bathroom. |

We could get away out of the hotel The dark room Horrid Place It should have been a happy time and they did nothing to help .bad bad bad.We might as well have been in a barn they ruined it .and it did'nt need a lot .Courtesy is not one of there gifts here. I requested a room for the first 2 days of my honeymoon a bottle of champagne and a bunch of flowers be in the room when we would arrive.The hotel was the first problem .When we got to the reception the two people there one named Frank were already in a non receptive mind set.There is not enought space to say how badly this whole thing turned out .It was a desaster. A very unhappy time not good . |

Hotels Location, cleanliness, Very friendly staff. With the hotel staff directions I could visit all places in Rome and could find good hotels. The drinking water was the main problem. I have seen in whichever hotel I stayed till now drinking water has always provided without requesting. SO only suggestion I want to give to hotel is they should provide drinking water to guests in room without guest request. |

nothing, our stay was for 2 nights, we checked out after the first morning and were forced to pay for 2nd night, even though we advised them 5 mins after check in we would only stay for 1 night the rooms were tiny, they smelt, the toilet was too noisy. receoptions was very rude |

The hotel staff is really nice. Location is good, just 1 block next to the central station The room is kind of old, I think refurnishing is needed. The lift is really small and not working sometime. Breakfast is not as gd as a 4 star hotel as expect |
