Great location just off from the beaten track by St Marks Square. Pay for a Superior room, its worth the extra - view on to the lagoon was breathtaking. Very professional staff - even advising where to eat to avoid tourist prices etc. This hotel stay was on the last leg of our honeymoon and was a fantastic place to finish. |

everything! the hotel is situated on the lagoon, as far as I could tell every room has a view and you are just beyond the crowds and congestion, but close to all transportation and shopping options. The staff was very helpful with any request including reservations for tours and resaurant suggestions!!! |

Location, away from tourists crowds, but right on the water and close to a Venetian neighborhood. Beautiful views of the lagoon, all sorts of boats, fishermen, Venice in the early morning. |

Good location, with nice rooms Very expensive for what you get, breakfast in bed does not have as much variety as breakfast in the dining area.Breakfast included is not a correct description as omelette, scrambled eggs, etc. have to be paid for seperately and are very expensive.Room service was non existent and choice was poor.Staff seemed inexperienced and unable to deal with all guest requests.Late checkout not as advertised |

Quality of the furnishment, cleaness, service quality,location. Breakfast should be more rich because the menu was poor for the price we paid. |

The location of the hotel, management and the front desk personnel. The room was wonderful. This hotel has recently (May, 2008) reopened after a two year rennovation. The price for comparable hotels in the area were much more. The staff was very accomodating with requests and assistance with dinner suggestions and reservations as well as transportation to the airport. There was nothing we did not like about the hotel. |
