The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great - an easy walk from Termini and to all the sites. The decor was fresh and modern.

The room was small, but it suited its purpose.

Very satisfied.Location quite central & convenient, staff were very helpful and attentive. Fitness room was a bonus. Our room was small but worked well.

We had mosquitoes in our room. It would have been preferable to have at least one other english language tv channel other than cnn but ..."when in Rome".

Friendly staff, great breakfast, complimentary minibar restocked daily (greatly appreciated after touring around all day). Very quite on first floor to back/side of hotel.

restaurant selection limited and very pricey for the quantity however, quality was superb

It's location was fantastic and it was a nice comfortable place to stay. The room was cleaned impeccably every day, it was like getting a whole new place to stay every evening. The breakfast was also pretty good.

I did think the bedroom was a little on the small side, and the public areas (lobby ect), in particular the couches could do with a tiny bit of a spruce up.

Use of gym for free, great location. We only stayed for one night. But this hotel offers much more we could have enjoyed. Booking.com gave us fantastic deal and it was definetly worth it.

Shower was too small. I'm a pettite size w/5'tall. But every time I moved my arms or head hit the shower door or wall. I can't imagine how larger person can shower in there.

The Artemide was a lovely hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was also lovely with alot of choice.

Location, friendliness of staff, quality of accommodation and value for money,

Only two slight drawbacks: 1. very limited menu and quality of food for evening dining - we didn't feel like going further afield on our first night2. My wife likes a bath and the water pressure was very low - it therefore took ages to run a bath. I didn't realise that internet access was free outside the room until the last minute - was this my fault in not noticing this earlier?

Clean hotel, friendly personel, good breakfast, good location

When we wanted to use the terrace it was closed even when it was supposed to be open. Alexandro should cut those nails. The area around the hotel Plaza Natinale is full with junkies.
