Huoneet olivat tilavia ja kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettuja ( ilmastointi, jääkaappi, aamiaistarvikkeet, peseytymisvälineet, silitysvälineet, sanomalehdet, yms.) ja siistejä. Ja kukat kruunasivat kaiken. Sängyt olivat hyvät. Hotelli sijaitsi todella hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla. Menen seuraavallakin kerralla! |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the overall looks of the place (including the actual room!) was nice, full English breakfast was very good. Location just 5 minutes walk from Paddington station is excellent for easy connection to Heathrow and the city centre. The room was perhaps a bit on the small side, but then again it was more than OK for only sleeping there anyway. The blanket was on the thin side, however, and because of this it was somewhat cold during the night. |

Location, internet facilities I have stayed before an booked not realising it was the same hote or I would never have booked. The rooms are tiny!!! I was in a deluxe room which simply means it is on the ground floor. For some reason this hotel also attracts noisy people!! |

Location is excellent, convenient for business or leisure travellers. The room took 'small and cramped' down to a new level of discomfort. The room was so small it was impossible to open a suitcase without moving it onto the bed, and getting into and out of the room meant moving furniture and luggage. The experience was made worse by the fact a previous stay at a sister property had been very positive in regard to the room size and quality. |
