Area information

The hotel is just a few steps away from Paddington station (where the Heathrow Express terminal is) and 2 Underground stations (Lancaster Gate and Paddington) can be easily reached. Bayswater is 10 minutes from the hotel and Portobello market or Nothing Hill can both be reached on foot. In addition, the bus that goes directly to the city centre is just 400 metres away.

I wanted a mid price, comfortable, quiet hotel with no frills and that is what I got

Great location, nice breakfast, nice staff, room nice and clean.

Room a bit of a squeeze for two, shower impossible to work without getting drenched.

Ease to get to & from from Paddington station/tube, Cleanliness of the room, Breakfast included & a really good selection of foods.

Small rooms and although I gather it is newly refurbed, some of the laminate flooring was chipped and needed replacing in the bedroom and there was a piece of skirting board missing with nails protruding that could quite easily have injured someones ankles or if a child was in the room, could have harmed them.If i hadn't have noticed, I could have put my luggage against it and it could have ripped

good value for money, for London standards; breakfast was a nice surprise, in terms of quality and quantity; staff was always nice and room and linen always clean
