Tarzı bana göre, rahat, modern, personel çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü, mimari açıdan uçuk ama işçilik ve uygulamayı güzel yapmışlar. Asansör kapıları takılabiliyor, otelin yan giriş kapısı (döner kapı dışındaki) açıldığında bar bölümü soğuk oluyor. |

Çok modern, temiz ve şehrin merkezinde bir otel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve süratli hizmet veriyor. Otel asansör sistemi yetersiz. Odalara çıkıp inmek için çok bekleniyor. Ayrıca kahvaltı salonu da biraz daha büyük olabilir. |

The location was great for Waterloo station and for getting to the attractions and theatres. The staff were all great, very pleasant and very helpful. The heating pipes passed through a large void in our room and were noisy in the very early hours of the morning. |

The suite we had was clean and spacious. Despite being close to Waterloo Station (nice view if you're a railfan) there's no sound coming from the outside. It's a good location, walking distance from the Big Ben. Tube is close by as well. - The elevators don't have the capability to deal with the Sunday morning rush. The only way to leave a midlevel floor is to first take an elevator up, then go down as all the elevators coming down from higher floors are already full. - Check in staff was very pushy to try to upgrade us to a more expensive suite. |

Modern hotel in superb location for easy access to London Eye & South Bank. Spacious & very comfortable room, with great view. Noisy air conditioning, not possible to regulate speed or switch off. |

Room-uncomfortable-not welcoming at all. Bed was so uncomfortble.Air-conditoner too noisy, we had someone come to our room @ 3:300 a.m. to turn it off. We did not get any sleep at your hotel. Left completly un-happy. |

I did not like this hotel at all Absolutely, the room was uncomfortable and the bed was so hard we cul dnot sleep. My family stayed at your hotel too and the first night the air-condintoner kept everyone awake all night long. Finally, at 400 a.m. they came up to the room and shut it off. The steak was so tough I could not eat it. We asked for some whole wheat rolls and the waiter never came back with them. |
