Price of drinks in the bar - extortionate!

We had 3 people and stayed in a studio room for 4 nights. The room is spacious and very clean. We were particularly amazed with their sound-proof windows as our room was facing the construction site and there were no noises at all.

The internet wired connection doesn't work and so we needed to use wireless at the end(after the technician came up to our room to fix it several times.) Guests can pay and go online on the TV but it was very very slow. Also, they first gave us a room with a broken door (we couldn't even shut it) and disordered air-conditioning and so we had to wait for them to allocate us to another room.

Modern design, clean room

The bar staff and the service there were below average. The cooked breakfast was nearly cold, air con very noisy, couldn't turn it off

Everything was terrific, lucky enough to get an upgrade with panoramic views and even breakfast was sensational! 20 out 10 rating for Park Plaza.

The room was excellent, very clean and well appointed, the check in and out very good

With a pint of beer at £5.29 and a ham burger at £8.75 this was not value for money, the bar staff were very impersonal and slow to serve and provide you with your bill, this area needs massive improvement and it was not at all busy. A sauna and steam room is offered it is very clean and welcoming but a very very small facility, there is also nothing close to this hotel , shops bars etc,

proximity to Waterloo and the suite which could accommodate 2 children

The laundry facilities were excellent. Providing you had your own
washing powder you could use the great washing machines and dryers.

The kids meals were too fancy. Kids don't want their pasta to be green
or the chicken nuggets to be large strips of chicken breast.
