The location is close to perfect and probably the biggest attraction of the hotel. Free internet access in the room worked well most of the time. Those were the two primary reasons we choose the hotel and we were not disappointed. On top the staff was freindly and helpful. I am not completely convinced that this is a 4 star hotel, probably closer to 3 or 3+. The rooms and hall-ways are quite small and hot. The breakfast buffet was so-so (we've had better breakfast in 2 star hotels). |

Super beliggenhed og faciliteter samt hotellets venlige og imødekommende holdning gjorde vort ophold perfekt for ægtepar og 2 teenage piger. |

Meget lille værelse, også selvom vi betalte ekstra for at få Deluxe Double værelse, kunne ikke være 2 kufferter i rummet. Men fint med gratis internet osv. Og personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Få fat i et ordentligt antal omformere til el, vi skulle selv ud at købe fordi hotellet ikke havde flere.... :S |

vinduet kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt så det stod og larmede hver gang der kom en vind, og så kunne det ikke låses hvilket gjorde at folk der boede ved siden af kunne komme ind igennem vinduet hvis de ville |

Glimrende, men værelset (503) lå lige ud til et ventilationsanlægget el.lign. og det larnede i intervaller hele natten.. ikke rart. |

Well decorated O yes!! The room was tiny !!the bathroom was so small that you couldnt get 2 people in there at one time ! there was no bath and the shower was so small that I couldnt get in to it,the shower door opening was 9" wide !!!! there was no fridge or mini bar in the room !! the restaurant was so small with self service that people where bumping in to each other all th time , staff didnt speak English!! |

Staff courtesy. Too small room, although it was supposed to be a Deluxe room. Wardrobe room couldn't fully open. Desk so small that there was no place for my notebook without removing the telephone. |

Room clean - a bit on the bijou side for the deluxe double room booked - but quiet and clean. Overall good value, and close to Paddington and London centre. We stayed in the rooms opposite the main hotel. Shower was ok but smallish; the door didn't keep closed, and plug hole insufficient for amount of water from showerhead, so we had to make sure we didn't flood the bathroom. Hot water runs ut by 9.00am! Breakfast ok, but not fab for price - good breakfast cafés nearby. |

its close to the city and they have good facilities. its a nice hotel. but the thing is room is too small and not much space to move around. not much worth for the amount that i paid. |
