Decoration...both of room and Bar and Restaurant. Location of hotel is of course fantastic. Barman and Concierge were very helpful. The Manager (I think he was the Manager...maybe the owner?) was pompous and arrogant displaying aggressive and threatening behaviour. Really put a damper on what was otherwise a most pleasant stay. Pity. |

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and eager to help. My only dislike was that the carpet in the bedroom was a little sad - it looked like it belonged to another hotel. |

The location is great & the hotel is worthy of it's status. Unloading - although I do not blame the hotel staff at all. We got a parking ticket whilst we checked our bags in prior to moving the car to the nearby NCP car park! Happy extra £60 bill. Caution to anyone driving to the hotel. |

Courteous staff rooms at the rear are very noisy at night as there is a pub in the lane behind. the walls are also quite thin and you can hear all hallway noise and some noise rfrom adjoining rooms |

The concierge service was really great. I was travelling outside the centre a lot and they got me detailed directions for each of my destinations |

The room was gorgeous and the bar was very stylish. We were given un upgrade on our room to a juniour suit which was great. |

The concierge concerns was very good Yes, the Wifi connection only in the lobby not very practicle. Should have access into the room as well |

Very convenient, we had a lovely quiet room which we had requested as we had a v late function. The lifts were small and it took ages to get an empty one on Sat am. |
