Henkilökunta oliystävällistä Hotellin hinta per yö vaihteli ja en lopulta tiedä mikä oli todellinen hinta.Kirjautuessani sisään, kirjattiin per 3 yötä 600 £, lähtiessäni 3x 169,, mutta se korjattiin viimeiseksi 2 x 169+1x 259. Minulle jäi tunne että hinnan olisi pitänyt olla 3x169, mutta minulta kuitenkin veloitettiin enemmän |

Even though I've stayed repeatedly they seem to have a major issue with the heating, at this price using portable heaters is ridiculous! |

Very good location Rooms facing the street are very noisy. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. |

Proximity to where I was on a course and shopping areas. Room was too cold, and heating system was very noisy. Continental breakfast was a little disappointing. |

Good position. The prices were heavily discounted and I thought fairish for the room which was well appointed but very small. At full price I would have felt completely ripped off. |

Excellent location. Staff were friendly/helpful. On arrival there was an electric fault in part of the hotel - this of course can happen at any hotel but often it's about how it is handled that matters, and staff were swift to up grade my room to a superior standard. |

The location was excellent - very convenient for Oxford Street/Regent Street etc but in a quiet area with a "villagey" atmosphere. Staff were excellent - efficient, very friendly &obliging. A great hotel. Only that the original room at the back of the hotel, although beautifully presented, was cold and draughty. I was, however, given a free upgrade to an executive double at the front. |

The welcome was warm and friendly and all staff were very helpful and efficient. The position was excellent being walking distance from Oxford street, bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were small and there was a lot of traffic noise. There were no tea/coffee making facilities or bath robes: for the price these should have been included. |

Staff (especially Concierge) were so kind and helpful. I noticed that Mini Bar was charged (3.50) after I left the hotel. We didn't drink anything and didn't notice the charge when I payed at the desk. |
