Huone sopivan kokoinen ja toimiva yhdelle hengelle. Erittäin siisti. Paddingtonin aseman läheisyys erittäin iso plussa ja muutenkin hotellilta pääsi helposti paitsi metroon niin myös bussilla minne halusi. Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. TV-palveluja runsaasti saatavilla (maksullisia kylläkin) kuten myös bonuksena netti TV:ssä (3 puntaa/vrk). Iso plussa ipod-telakasta! Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ulkoa kuului yöllä kadun ääniä huoneeseen ja metron tärinä tuntui huoneessa mutta korvatulpilla selvittiin hyvin. Sängyssä ei ollut patjan päällä lainkaan petauspatjaa, joten jouset tuntuivat hieman kovina mutta hyvin maistui uni joka tapauksessa. Aamupalabuffet hotellin yhteydessä olevassa ravintolassa melko suppea mutta kylläkin maistuva. |

Convenience to the station I changed my booking to a double room and requested a very large bed. I asked the size and was told it was 6x8. I queried this as it is rather large and unusual. I was put on hold and then returned to and the size was confirmed. I arrived at midnight exhausted from travelling and with an early start next day to find the smallest standard double bed squeezed into a room that was 6x8! |

Good location, tube and Paddigton station (connection to Heathrow)close by. Rooms nice and in good condition. Rooms (contemporary) pretty small which does not matter however if a short visit. |

Location, apart from the noise, neatness and cleanliness of well designed single room One of the male receptionists seemed a bit surly, maybe it was a cultural difference, but more friendly chat and the personal touch would have made a nice welcome after a long journer |

Actually being away from the hotel. Almost everything else. Staff is remarkable uncaring, the room is smaller than feared, even for London standards, the bathroom is not clean and the bed is not suitable for 2 adults. On top of that, it's noisy. Very moisy. |

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is just next to the Paddington tube(underground) station and railway station, which gives the simple and easy accessibily to anywhere else in London. I am sure I would pick this hotel again when I visit London next. |

Helpful staff and size of room. It was listed as being an Executive King size so would not like to think what size the other rooms are. Poor bar facilities. Basement residents lounge did not have a bar. Information on breakfast arrangements were inadequate. |
