The Quality Crown Hotel Paddington offers exceptional accommodation in modern, well-appointed and spotlessly clean rooms with superb comforts and facilities. Each room has an interactive plasma flat-screen TV with on demand movies and music, an en suite bathroom with a power shower and luxurious Dove toiletries, full air conditioning and climate control, complimentary Wi-Fi access, hard wire internet access and a hospitality tray for a relaxing, restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.

The hotel has 2 plush lounges showing Sky Sports, a well-equipped modern fitness centre, a Garfunkels restaurant, a bar and conference rooms for up to 12 people available for private hire.

The Quality Crown Hotel Paddington is an exciting new designer-style hotel at an affordable price. Located just moments from London Paddington station, it is one of London’s best-connected hotels. The Heathrow Express runs approximately every 15 minutes from London Paddington station to Heathrow Airport, with a journey time of around 15 minutes.

There are 4 London Underground lines and numerous bus routes just a minute’s walk from the hotel, offering fast, direct access to the rest of central London.

As well as a superb location, the hotel offers excellent facilities, including 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facilities, which are free of charge for guests. The Gallery Lounge and Bar features Sky Sports on a 42-inch plasma flat-screen TV and the hotel also boasts an atrium-style executive lounge and conference rooms and meeting facilities for 12 delegates. The conference facilities are available at an additional cost and booking is required.

Restauració

Garfunkel’s Restaurant serves food from early till late. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 23:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 08:00 to 23:00.

Room service is available from 12:00 to 22:30.

Contemporary and Executive room types have a 30-inch (75 cm) LCD flat-screen TV, on-demand movies and CDs. Every room is equipped with an oversized power shower.

Rooms offer 3 perspectives: looking out towards Paddington Basin and St Mary's Hospital; looking out over Praed Street; and looking down Praed Street over Paddington Station.

The hotel’s convenient location means it offers fast, efficient access to London Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express train service. The hotel is also next to Paddington Basin, the largest central London office development area and already home to many major companies, as well as St. Mary’s Hospital. It is a leisurely stroll to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park and on to Marble Arch and Oxford Street or across the park to Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Convenience to the station

I changed my booking to a double room and requested a very large bed. I asked the size and was told it was 6x8. I queried this as it is rather large and unusual. I was put on hold and then returned to and the size was confirmed. I arrived at midnight exhausted from travelling and with an early start next day to find the smallest standard double bed squeezed into a room that was 6x8!

Good location, tube and Paddigton station (connection to Heathrow)close by. Rooms nice and in good condition.

Rooms (contemporary) pretty small which does not matter however if a short visit.

Location, apart from the noise, neatness and cleanliness of well designed single room

One of the male receptionists seemed a bit surly, maybe it was a cultural difference, but more friendly chat and the personal touch would have made a nice welcome after a long journer

The hotel was very clearn and comfortable to stay. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. I strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Actually being away from the hotel.

Almost everything else. Staff is remarkable uncaring, the room is smaller than feared, even for London standards, the bathroom is not clean and the bed is not suitable for 2 adults. On top of that, it's noisy. Very moisy.

Very nice hotel - modern - good location for us - friendly staff

The room was quite small but okay - it was on a corner and some space may havwe been lost with the corner

The location of the hotel is really convenient. It is just next to the Paddington tube(underground) station and railway station, which gives the simple and easy accessibily to anywhere else in London. I am sure I would pick this hotel again when I visit London next.

Helpful staff and size of room. It was listed as being an Executive King size so would not like to think what size the other rooms are.

Poor bar facilities. Basement residents lounge did not have a bar. Information on breakfast arrangements were inadequate.
