Free internet. The availability of the gym. The location of the hotel was very convenient. The atmosphere of the room and of the common facility areas was great. The service of the breakfast needs to be improvement. |

Location Staff were not very helpful, had to ask reception to fix heating in room 3 times to no avail and had to eventually pack up and move rooms at 2.30am. |

The hotel was lovely, and staff very helpful, the restaurant and bar were very good. The constuction work, we had a smoking room and couldn't open the window. |

Concierge and reception were very helpful and polite the shower and bath did not work properly, was told this was due to water pressure, took 2 hours to run a bath and was not worth taking a shower, maid service was ok but left dirty glasses on table 2 days in a row. |

The Gym, good central location There are renovations going on, sink in the suite was clogged, air condition didnt work, plasma didnt work, we were transfering from room to room, it is very noisy as building is renovating and hotel rooms smell on glue and paint. Hotel shouldnt work yet...until renovations are completed... |
