Good location, staff were nice, efficient housekeeping. Quite noisy in the morning due to buses picking up patrons at the entrance of the hotel. |

the location was safe and the park so close., one thing bothered me, there was a water leak into our bathroom, which I reported to the desk, someone came and said it was fixed but it was not and even after the second try the water still leaked, I hope you have finally got it fixed It did not affect the use of the bathroom but could do structural damage. |

It was central to where we wanted to be. We paid for breakfast but did not eat it.The dining room was due to shut at 11am and me and my husband went for breakfast at 10.40. the hotel staff were cleaning and hoovering around our table throughout us trying to eat our breakfast so in the end we took a coffee back to our room and drank it up there and left the breakfast. |

It was close to the tube stations and the sores in Queensway. Right across the street from Hyde park & Kensington gardens. The wireless internet connection was not working for the three days that were there. Staff was not very accomodating. |

Location was good. Friendly staff, good breakfast and competitive rate. Bar and restaurant ambience not great, especially the bar. Doesn't feel like a relaxing place to sit and have a few drinks. |
