location excellent

the roo was too small. in spite of booking.com policy the hotel blocked an amount on my credit card prior to my arrival

We checked out after first night and would have left immediately if we could have. The room was old appearing and had a terrible color scheme. They promised to move us the next day but then argued about the room being fine so we left and went to the Marriott.

Porters of this hotel are very nice and helpful.

My friend left a message to me at the reception. I approached the reception twice but no one pass that message to me. Then I complained to the hotel staff. They denied their fault and said message delivery wasn't their responsibility. I replied I wouldn't stay at their hotel during next visit to Paris. You know what, the hotel staff said 'perfect!' afterward.
