There was a non receptiveness to the fact that we had reserved a suite with a double bed and 2 singles. They showed us a double and a single sofabed until eventually we ended up with adjoining rooms which is not good if you are travelling with children. The attitude of the staff was eventually ok but it took time |

quiet, although central city, and sense of security. Although I did not spend a day researching and writing at the hotel, I welcomed knowing that I could have done so. |

The staff were very helpful, particularly when explaining to us how to get to attractions on the metro. The hotel was excellent. |

Good family accommodations: two rooms and a kitchen was very handy. We shopped for gourmet breakfast every morning in a nearby grosser store. Noise after midnight coming from the street. |

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good matresses, reasonably priced for Paris, recently renovated or open. It is not located in Marais neighbourhood, but across the street. Not the closest location if you want to walk around in the centre. Small bathrooms. Cooking facilities provided in my room, but, helas, no kettle to make a simple cup of tea or instant coffee! |

Location Should not use the only lift for rooms cleaning during guest's peak hours. As well would help to have the personnel using the stairs to walk 1 floor down while not carrying anything. We have been waiting 10 minutes for a lift at 7:30 AM.... |

This hotel isn't worth as a four star hotel. It was too expensive for the quality of this hotel. They need a major renovation and cleaning. Breakfast was expensive and we had to pay for the 6-yr-old child. Bathroom was too small and water was leaking from the shower hose. We stayed at a junior suite room but the size of the room was not big enough to be called a "suite." |

very near from metro station, family room with two confortbles doubles beds, hotel clean, modern and very nice, parking perfect, pets allowed, check in was done before 15:00 h times of chech in (15:00 h) and check out (before 12:00h) |
