客室に石鹸やスリッパさえない、スリッパを受付で頼んでもないとのこと。 クリーニングを出したら靴下が片方戻ってこなかった。先方は「靴下はもともと一足しかなかった」の一点張りで謝罪や保障もなし、挙句の果てには文句を言うなと逆切れ態度でしたちなみに同僚はTシャツをクリーニングしたら他人のものが一枚紛れていて、本人のは紛失されていました。とにかくレセプションカウンターの態度がひどすぎて、毎回不愉快な思いをしました。二度と泊まりたくないホテルです。 |

とにかくスタッフの質が最悪です。お願いしたことをやっていないだけでなく、指摘すると言い訳ばかり出てきて、謝りもしないし、改善もしません。ランドリー、部屋の掃除など、１週間の滞在で１０以上ものクレームがあり、その対応も最悪でした。この数だとおそらくスタッフ全員の質が低く、教育が全くされていないのだと思います。 全てが不満でした。 |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room lovely and clean. Dinner was excellent (a buffet) and a fairly good value by French standards-- actually by American hotel standards, too. The wait staff was also excellent. The location is only for the need to stay near cdg or to travel by car elsewhere as the small town of Roissy has nothing to offer that I could see. I thought the room was a little expensive and breakfast was very expensive at 14 euros, but if you like a very light breakfast, the room had very good tea and coffee and delicious sweet shortbread biscuits. |

The room is very clean. The open buffet is very good. No transportation available, except the shuttle bus of the hotel, which is not available all the time. Taxis refuse to take you from/to the airport as it is very close, and the shuttle to terminal 1 works only for few hours/day. |
