Only the location in the centre of the city

Hotel is not to be recommended: a) the room was an attic, not a junior suite (only two very small windows and furniture in carton from 20 years ago); b) we got a smoking room, but had clearly requested non-smoking and during 3 days this was not changed; c) the shower was clogged and nothing was done about this for 3 days; d) the hotel wrongly debited the room guarantee. For sure no value for money

absolutely nothing! As far as I am concerned this hotel and it's 4 star rating are a ripoff!!!

The only thing that is 4star about the hotel is the sign at the door. Everything else is in poor shape, badly finished, unclean and unkept. From the carpeting to the false cielings and the lifts (a candy wraper remained on the floor in the elevator cabin for two days, until I picked it up myself). We could hear every single sound comming from the hallway outside our room and from the adjacent room

location is excellent

inside carpets in corridors and rooms are kind of ¨used¨ considering the category of the hotel and the price charged. we did not get a double bed as asked on reservation but two single beds side by side which rather unconfotable

I can easily say that hotel was in the city centre, near the most famous monuments and not the long distance walk to Eifel Tower and shopping areas

It looked that air-condicion wasn't working, so in the mornings it was a bit too hot, but as we spend all day in the city it wasn't a big problem

It had a good location and the pool was very nice

The rooms we were allocated were nothing like those that were described at the time of booking - the standard of 1 room was very poor, and the 2nd suite for 3 people only had 1 bed. Staff did change the 1st room after 1 night. We were on holiday but the hotel seemed to cater more for those on work conferences.

the location was excellent

we were very disappointed in the standard of the hotel. It must have qualified for 5 stars based on location only. The room was deplorable, the breakfast very bad for €24 per person (food kept running out an hour before breakfast was due to finish). The wardrobes didnt open and the hairdryer didn't work.

location ..central but also directly oppositve metro station .. many facilities at hotel ...

Very poor internet facilities and expensive ..10 euro for 15 minutes .lift almost impossible to use with key ..which always caused delays .. never complain about staff but on this occasion they were truly bad..just total chaos ..as it was widespead feel it must be an overall management problem ..no motivation
