La posizione, le camere... Hanno fatto confusione con prenotazioni...abbiamo avuto problemi con le carte di credito durante I giorni successivi a new york...hanno fatto varie autorizzazioni negate esaurendomi il credito e ho avuto parecchi problemi. |

La pulizia e la cura nei particolari della camera che mi è stata assegnata, il costo del parcheggio spropositato e la strada per accedere dall'albergo alle cascate molto lunga,pur essendo di fronte alle stesse. |

the view is amazing. floor 3 and 4 are the best for the blalcony if you do smoke :) higher you have maybe a better view but no balcony to go out for the breakfast. shower door and some of the tub in the bath were broken... but well we fixed them.Prices for services are amazing, more than 7 dollars for a bottle of water!! an advice, get yours!!The tour is cool, but if we had time and knew before what to see and where it is we may have done it ourself for half the price as all is pretty nearby. |

The view was beautiful. The room was clean and excellently decorated. The staff was kind and helpful. The first room was not satisfactory. We reserved a fallsview, jacuzzi room. When we got to the room, we looked out the window and saw that it was a patio door leading out to a shared balcony/smoking area with people talking loudly on the phone. Other guests had access to come right up to our window and, if unlocked, right into our room. We had to upgrade to a larger room for more money. |

The view from my hotel room was awesome (29th floor falls view) I did not like paying an additional amount to park my rental car for three days. This should be included in the room rate at no extra charge. |
