私の部屋は3Fにあり、アメリカ側の滝しか見えなかった。両方の滝が見えることを期待して予約する人は多いと思うので、Webに明記すべきではないか。 ほとんどのスタッフの対応は親切だったが、コンシェルジュデスクにいた一人の若い男性の対応は目に余るものがあった。無愛想なだけならば、文句は言わないが、(説明が面倒臭いせいか）こちらの欲しい情報を出し渋ったり、挙句の果てには、こちらの開いていた地図を（自分の持っている地図で説明するため）片手で払い除けた。私、パートナーともにビジネスレベル程度の英語は話せるので、言葉の壁が問題になった訳ではないと思う。 |

the view from the room was as desribed - right on the falls. though it was given to us as a 3d choice after 2 other rooms that had poor view. for the price we paid the 1st two rooms would be unsufficient. if you didn't ask for a better room - they would have given the worst possible. also, nickle and dime you on everything including parking, internet, friedge in the room, and food buffet at the hotel. |
